Our Story
JOSEA TRANS, INC. was established in 2005 by Arcadio “Joe” Umali and his wife, Elmira “Myra” Umali. What started as a small, family run transportation service has grown into a trusted provider of integrated transport, logistics, and construction solutions.
Guided by strong family values and faith, the company continues to thrive with the active involvement of their children; Omar, Shanta, and Jose Maria “Joma” who help manage and expand the business operations.
JOSEA TRANS, INC. has proudly supported major joint military activities such as the Balikatan Exercises, working alongside allied nations and demonstrating reliability in mission critical operations.
Through the years, the company has expanded its services beyond transportation to include logistics, construction, earthworks, and heavy equipment operations supported by a team of skilled engineers and dedicated staff.
